How long does production take?
All items that have current stock take 15 business days to produce.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary per location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.
How are orders shipped?
All orders ship on the USO FedEx Account.
How are orders invoiced?
Orders will be invoiced through Coupa.
Do I need a Coupa number to place an order?
Yes. We must have a Coupa number before we can proceed with your order. Please have this ready when placing your order.
